RECYCLING YOUR CLOSET

You know the dilemma... A closet full of clothes and nothing to wear!!! Seems to be the issue with me lately and I've been playing in my closet doing what I call, recycling my outfits. How it works, I find pieces that I've worn numerous of times and bring them back to life in a whole new light. I mean I'm a stylist after all, so it is my job!I've worn this dress a year or so ago in Miami, by itself accessorized with yellow McQueen heels, a denim Balenciaga clutch and loads of gold jewels.

Then came last Friday, when I went out with my girls after shooting this blog post and decided there was one more way to wear this dress. With a simple black moto jacket like this one by ACNE STUDIOS.

And finally, this blog post. I'm wearing two dresses in one. I decided to pair this mesh dress with my Alexander Wang leather vest-dress and viola, this little layering concoction came about! Moral of the story is, don't be afraid to play in your own closet time to time, you'll be surprised as to what you can actually come up with!
