With weddings, babies, and new beginnings on the rise so are the showers and parties! I love June, it's always been one of my favorite months. The summers are heating up and so are all the events and festivities.

Flash back to my trip to gorgeous SoCal at the Four Seasons Westlake Village. A prefect look for a perfect garden party?! A polished midi dress with floral embroidery, some jeweled accessories and a floral trench for the extra lush garden vibe!

I'm rather obsessed with mixing different textures, fabrics and prints. My nickname at work is literally "mixmaster" because wether I'm styling an editorial or myself, I'm not afraid of prints on prints on pints for days.

This is a muted version of that concept. Camo heels, studs, jewels, floras, scuba, satins and pearls may not seem to all go together at first... but somehow they really work!

I suppose the moral of the story here is... be a mixmaster yourself. It's summer after all. Don't be afraid to take chances with your wardrobe wether it's mixing prints, fabrics or textures!!!
