This post has been long overdue! You guys have been asking me for my annual beauty guide and it's taken me FOREVER to put this baby together. So, without anymore delay, here we go. The best of the best of all my favorite beauty products. This is a long one but I promise you, you'll love these products!

HAIR

Ok, so this is important. I'm focusing on hair health and these are my go to products right here. Believe it or not, I'm not a natural blonde. Shocking I know!!! So to get me to this level of lightness takes a whole lotta work. Here is my arsenal.

BEST HAIR MASK

Maria Nila Head & Hair Heal Masque

This mask is a top priority for me. Let’s be honest, my hair gets put through a lot when it’s colored and styled for different occasions. This is my favorite mask because it not only promotes strong hair and growth but it keeps my hair feeling smooth and thick...plus it smells amazing! It has a colour guard complex and is cruelty free!

KÉRASTASE TO THE RESCUE

Where do I even begin with KÉRASTASE products! I live by this brand when it comes to my daily hair care routine for so many reasons. The quality of the products is absolutely worth the price. Between the shampoo, conditioner, and heat guard protector, these products are a daily shield to keep my hair strong, smooth, and protected from heat and color damage. Whether you have curly, wavy, straight, or just a mix of everything type hair, this brand is a MUST! Read below for the top 4 products I use and the steps to take for gorgeous looking hair!

KÉRASTASE Resistance Pre-Shampoo Conditioner

We all typically think that shampoo should come first when washing hair right? Well, KÉRASTASE has created their shampoo conditioner combo to be more tailored to our hair’s necessities. With the properties of this pre-conditioner, it creates a film of protection while it hydrates your hair before the shampoo is applied. This has helped my hair SO much. I know that most blondes prefer Olaplex prior to shampoo, but I've loved this Resistance Pre-Shampoo Conditioner so much. It's also great for oily prone hair, as conditioners tend to weigh your hair down. This product keeps it light and just right!

KÉRASTASE Resistance Shampoo for Damaged Hair

The Resistance Shampoo by KÉRASTASE is an everyday shampoo to strengthen and reconstruct weak, brittle, or damaged hair. My morning hair care routine always varies with how I style my hair and I rely on this shampoo because I know that it will protect my hair from any heat damage and also prevent breakage and split ends no matter what my hair-do that day.

KÉRASTASE Elixir Ultime Bain Hair Shampoo

KÉRASTASE also has another line called Elixir Ultime which is a slightly higher price point but has amazing qualities for people who have thinner hair. This shampoo and conditioner will leave you with rich, silky hair without feeling too heavy.

KÉRASTASE Resistance Conditioner for Damaged Hair

The third step in this sequence is the full volume conditioner. After using both the pre-conditioner and shampoo, this conditioner leaves my hair feeling brand new. Imagine your hair feeling smooth, voluminous, and strong when dried. Does it get any better than that?!

KÉRASTASE Nutritive Blow-Dry Primer for Dry Hair

Last but not least is the KÉRASTASE primer. We all use way too many heating tools these days,  before I blow dry my hair, I always make sure to prime. I use this product to add that last bit of shine and protection to give my hair extra moisture and lust when my hair is fully dry as well. A little goes a long way with this product but it definitely makes a difference with my hair.

Ok let me introduce you to a new product line that my girl and hair stylist Alex Brown got me hooked on. Kristin Ess!!!! A line created by celebrity hairstylist, Kristin Ess, that produced affordable hair products carried at Target! Literally obsessed with this line. She has products for all hair types, the peachy pink collection is for the blondes.

Kristin Ess Purple Shampoo

This is a blondes dream shampoo! The hardest part about being a blonde is keeping those brassy streaks out of your perfect color. I swear by the Kristin Ess brand because it leaves my hair the perfect ash. This is especially true for all you girls that are blonde and use bronzers or self tanners. We often get a yellow/orange hairline, this completely washes that out. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

Kristin Ess Purple Conditioner

When I’m finished with my purple shampoo, I always make sure to follow up with conditioner. My tip is to start with a little and add more if needed just to coat your hair since a little goes a long way. This conditioner will leave your blonde looking fresh and bright!

Kristin Ess Rose Gold Temporary Tint

Remember being a kid and always wanting to put a fun color in your hair!? Well, I could not resist this product and will definitely be using it again. This temporary pink tint allowed me to have some fun with light pink hair without any damages. Super easy to apply and can be any shade of pink you desire! Use a litte, use a lot - your choice! I personally love the light pink look and left it for a few weeks. Be sure to share your pictures with me when you use it. Absolutely my favorite!

SKIN

Burt's Bees Radiance Body Lotion 

Lotions are hard to find when our skin is constantly changing, am I right? Regardless of the weather, I am always in need of a great lotion that leaves my skin feeling moisturized but not oily. That’s where Burt’s Bees’ comes in! This lotion has been my all time favorite for a while now and I use it morning and night for instant dryness relief. Bonus - it has this hidden sheen that leaves a slight afterglow to make your skin look radiant at all times. This is a must!

Charlotte Tilbury Supermodel Body Slimmer Shimmer Shape, Hydrate & Glow

I’m always asked about my body glow. I mean who doesn't want that signature JLO glow?! This body shimmer by Charlotte Tilbury is the perfect option! No mess, no oily residue, and no odd color hue. It’s the perfect size and shape to throw in my purse as well in case I want a little more (which I usually do.) The roller at the end makes it mess free and it includes a variety of enriched botanicals to keep skin looking young and fresh.

So this topic has been on my radar for quite some time. I have tried a gazillion masks under the sun and these are the current leaders/winners in the game!

Miss Spa Masks

After a day with a full face of makeup, my skin is always in need of a cleansing mask. Miss Spa liquid peel-off masks are rejuvenating and revitalizing. My skin always feels brand new after these masks. The best part about them is that they are resealable and can be used as a full face mask or just for small spots. My packets last about a month and I use them quite frequently! Definitely a must have. Plus the price point is amazing!

Saranghae Elemental Essence Sheet Masks (6 Pack)

I love sheet masks, they are quick, easy to use and are the perfect travel masks. I always put on a sheet mask before any event to give my skin a little extra TLC! I am obsessed with the Saranghae sheet masks! I'm not kidding when I say that this mask makes your skin glow.

BOSCIA Luminizing Black Charcoal Mask

Charcoal face masks are my blackhead secret weapon. The Boscia charcoal peel off mask removes the hidden imperfections leaving my skin feeling clean, fresh, and bright again. This mask can be used for all skin types and helps reduce oily spots.

ERBORIAN Glow Crème Illuminating Face Cream

Small but mighty, the Erborian glow creme is one of my favorite primers. Easy to use and extremely lightweight, a little goes a long way and I've had this bottle for over a year now. I love the shimmer, it leaves the perfect afterglow to my face for an effortless appearance and radiant skin.

BEST TINTER MOISTURIZER/CC CREAM

Ok I have a tie here...

IT COSMETICS Your Skin But Better™ CC+™ Cream with SPF 50+

Here's phase one to creating your masterpiece aka your gorgeous look. I have two favorite foundations that I love for a few different reasons. The first product I use on a daily basis is the IT CC+ Cream because it’s full coverage and leaves my skin feeling smooth and moisturized. No cakey feeling ever! Best part, SPF 50! I make sure that my foundation always has SPF to avoid any sun damage regardless of the weather.

Alastin HydraTint Pro Mineral Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 36

My other favorite foundation is the Alastin HydraTint. I love this moisturizer, it's basically a tinted sunscreen, it's waterproof and does beautiful light coverage. You know I spend a ton of time on the boat and outside in general, so I pretty much wear this on my face daily.

FAVORITE FOUNDATION

Ok so IT COSMETICS is an amazing line in general. The company has beauty products for all types of skin. I'm not just talking about color, I mean texture, problems, etc. They have concealers and foundations if you are prone to be red or have rosacea, if you have acne, oily skin, dry skin, and on and on.

I don't really wear foundation daily, however for night time I love a little more coverage and to play with my make-up a bit more.

BEST CONCEALER STICKS

CLÉ DE PEAU BEAUTÉ Concealer Broad Spectrum SPF 25

Conceal, correct, cover up! My favorite concealer is the CLÉ DE PEAU BEAUTÉ Concealer with 25 SPF. Whether I need to cover up a pesky blemish or just need a little extra coverage, this concealer is easy to use, mess free, and hides any imperfections I may want to hide away. It seems like a hefty price to pay for such a small tube, however these are so pigmented that very little goes a very long way. I also love to use them as contour sticks!

BEST MATTIFYING PRODUCT  + PRIMER

Veil Cosmetics Auto Matte Mattifying Base and Touch-Up

Ever get that wet or oily appearance before putting your makeup on? Sometime my skin is just a smidge too oily so I like to use the Veil mattifying base to remove any oily spots before putting on my makeup. It’s super light weight and also has Vitamin C & E to give my skin an extra boost. It's a two in one product. Acts as a primer under make-up and also a mattifyer over make-up.  Leaves your skin matte but never cakey!

FAVORITE TRAVEL ESSENTIALS

OK, so I travel quite a bit but I don't like to schlep a ton of beauty products with me. So these are my essentials!

MILK MAKEUP KUSH High Volume Mascara

Throughout the day, I’m always on the go and want to make sure that my lashes stay full looking and curled all day long. MILK mascara does just that! It's one of my favorite mascaras of all time. It doesn't flake and keeps the curl! So good....

BEAUTY by POPSUGAR Be The Boss Lip Gloss

I'm generally obsessed with this new line of beauty products. It's natural enough for my kids to play with and these glosses leave my lips soft, moisturized with a hint of color. I actually have almost every color in the line.

URBAN DECAY Backtalk Eye & Face Palette

I'm a major URBAN DECAY fan. Their make-up is incredible, glides on your skin, super pigmented and stays on forever without smudging, caking or streaking. I have to say I love every palette but this one is my favorite one to travel with. I love the BACK TALK Palette because it's one palette filled with shadows, highlighters and blush. If you mix it in with some vaseline or any clear gloss you can use the shades as a lipstick as well.

FAVORITE HIGHLIGHTERS + COUNTOUR + BRONZER

Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Match Stix Matte Skinstick

This contour stick by Fenty Beauty is my favorite for so many reasons. Number 1, it leave a matte finish that doesn’t wear off during the day. Number 2, it creates seamless strokes so there is no smudging or cakey feeling,  lastly, it comes in 20 different shades which is perfect for ALL skin tones!

Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow Face Sculpt & Highlight

Paired highlighters and bronzer palettes are tough to find with the perfect amount of shine and color finish. Charlotte Tilbury’s palette is a for sure winner for me because it adds the perfect touch to my makeup look to frame my face. Another reason I love it is because it’s great when used with oil to mix and use as a wet look. Don’t worry, it’s won’t ruin the palette!

Beauty by POPSUGAR Make Me Blush Cheek Color

So technically these POPSUGAR compacts are blushes, which I love, but the Summer Lovin shade is the perfect bronzer. I love the golden pieces in it, cause you know that GLOW factor again! Also this line is mostly natural which is just the icing on the cake!

L’ORÉAL Lumi Glow Nude Highlighter Palette

The L'oréal  LUMI collection is amazing. It's all about that glow and the palettes work very well. They come in different shades for all skin tones and the price is amazing. So if you don't want to drop the hefty price on a department store palette this LUMI Highlighter Palette is just as good!

L’ORÉAL Match Lumi Glow Amour Boosting Drops

Another amazing product from the L'ORÉAL LUMI line are these drops. You can literally add them into your foundation, primer, skin lotions, or use on your finger to tap into your cheek bones, temples and around the the clavicle.

FAVORITE BEAUTY COLLABORATION

I love MAC collabs. They come up with some of the most creative campaigns and work with some of the most influential celebrities, make-up artists and influencers around the world. I love their work with Patrick Starrr.
