With Valentines just a few short days away, it's only natural that I celebrate my truly cherished relationships.... MY GIRLS! Not to say that my husband is not a truly cherished relationship, because of course, he's everything. However, I'm so very lucky to be surround by some incredible females in my life and I hold those friendships so dear to my heart.

Every year I throw an epic #BERKUNGIRLYSTAYCATION for my girls. And every year, there's a theme. This years theme?!
HEALTH + SEX + VITALITY.
I really wanted to do something very special. I wanted to pamper the girls and make them feel strong, beautiful and sexy. All the things that they truly possess, yet as mothers, working career driven women and wives, we often put ourselves on the back burner and forget to take care of ourselves. So... this is exactly what I wanted to do and I knew that Swissôtel's Presidential Suite was going to be the perfect location to do it!
Upon arrival I had healthy "vitality" bites catered by SwissÔtel and made my own cheese and charcuterie board. I also had welcoming libations thanks to Korbel Champagne and Chambord. It was the perfect way to start the day.
We quickly changed into our robes and it was spa services galore. I got all the girls massages thanks to Windy City Massage and some of us got pedicures as well. It was exactly what the doctor ordered. If you're interested in booking services reach out to chicago@swissotel.com, they're more then happy to book and accommodate. It was actually perfect not to go anywhere and to be able to hang and laugh in between services.
We celebrated our bestie Elena with a custom cake by yours truly and Anastasia. Should we start a cake company? Cause this one was pretty epic. This was the beginning of the SEX portion of the weekend. Can anyone guess exactly what that was?
Well, if you guessed a SEX TOY PARTY! You are correct. Let me just tell you, it was so much fun and let's just say we all learned a lot. Education is the key my friends!
The next morning we had an incredible private flow with my favorite yoga instructors Carla Jian. Carla is not only a yoga instructor but a fitness guru, wellness coach and nutritionalist. She is gorgeous, witty and smart. Prior to the flow, Carla and I talked about the female body. How it's strong, beautiful, sexy and powerful. I wanted to wrap this weekend with my girls walking away feeling all those things.

We wrapped up the weekend with the most fabulous brunch and a toast to 2020, staying strong, healthy and sexy!
