THAT 70's SHOW
One of my favorite decades in history is the 70’s. It was an era of freedom, equality, free love, peace, and most historically, incredible fashion! Sometimes I wish I was born in that decade, so I can rock head to toe gold lame to Studio 54 and run around town in denim bells, blouses, and killer platforms.Although I was born in the 80’s, re-living the era this season is beyond exciting! This spring, the 70's influence is certainly blooming! Get ready for loads of dark denim, bell bottoms, high wasted flares, platforms, chunky heels, brown suede everything, and chiffon peasant dresses. I'm getting giddy just writing this post!!!I clearly wasn't going to wait till spring to start busting out my retro everything I could find in my closet. My high-waisted denims have been begging to see the daylight as they've been shoved to the back of my closet and replaced with skinnies for so long. It was time to slip them back on and head over to Soho House for a little catch up with my girlfriends!
